Sean "Diddy" Combs allegedly used physical violence against his employees, forcing one to engage in sexual acts with him, a superseding indictment obtained by PEOPLE claims. Combs, 55, is currently in jail on sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution charges. His trial is scheduled to begin on May 5. New claims were filed in the indictment against him in the Southern District of New York on Thursday, March 6, where Combs and his business associates are accused of forced labor against employees.
