Sandra Lee is not afraid to do a little DIY on her red carpet looks. The TV chef, 58, "fell in love" with a dress she saw on her Instagram feed "immediately," she tells PEOPLE — and even though it was only $99, she took a chance on it. "I was initially hesitant to order because they never are as good as they look on the website, but this dress was the exception.
