The owner of a hyperbaric chamber which killed a five-year-old boy when it exploded is set to be charged with second-degree murder. Tami Peterson was arrested at her Brighton, Michigan home on Monday morning over the death of Thomas Cooper, who died inside the chamber on January 31. Peterson, who is the CEO of the Oxford Center in Detroit which operated the machine, will face second-degree murder and manslaughter charges, per Fox2.
