A star-studded California city has been at an increasing risk for earthquakes, experts have warned. Malibu - where celebrities including Cher and Barbra Streisand own luxurious multimillion-dollar homes - has been swept up in a wave of seismic activity that has made moderate quakes more frequent. Although this uptick has affected the entire Southern California region, seismologist Lucy Jones told the Los Angeles Times Malibu has faced the brunt of it.
