Fans Rue Kelly Osbourne's

What was meant to be a heartfelt birthday message for her father, Ozzy Osbourne, quickly turned into a full-blown discussion about Kelly Osbourne's appearance, overshadowing the celebratory moment.

On Wednesday, December 3, the 41-year-old reality TV personality faced a wave of criticism over her noticeably hollow cheekbones, a sharply sculpted jawline, and plumper lips, a stark contrast to her older self.

"It's actually so interesting to watch her transformation given that her whole schtick was 'women who care deeply about their appearance are superficial,'" one user reacted.

The clip ended up overshadowing the 77th birthday of Kelly Osbourne's recently deceased father and legendary rockstar, Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy Osbourne, who passed away in July this year, was an iconic TV personality, English singer-songwriter, and the co-founder and lead singer of the pioneering heavy metal band Black Sabbath, formed in 1968.

On the occasion of his 77th birthday yesterday, his birth city, Birmingham in the United Kingdom, honored him with its highest civic recognition, the Lord Mayor's Award.

Kelly Osbourne accepted the award on his behalf during a private ceremony, where Deputy Lord Mayor Ken Wood also presented her with the city's books of condolence.

The collection holds thousands of heartfelt messages written in the days following Ozzy's demise, making it an emotional keepsake for the family.

In anow-viral clipshared on X, Kelly is seen speaking with the Birmingham City Council at the event and recording a heartfelt message thanking the people for showing "so much love" to her father and the entire Osbourne family.

The Osbournesstar sparked fresh concerns about her health, with many calling her a "hypocrite" as they speculated about her latest physical transformation

The socialite, dressed in an all-black formal outfit paired with gold jewelry, purple-tinted shades, and a full face of glam, began her address by expressing gratitude.

Speaking in her thick British accent, she said, "Hello, I am Kelly Osbourne, and I just want to take a second to thank the people of Birmingham for not only showing my family so much love, but for showing up for my father in a way that made him thehappiest man in the planet."

"We are here today receiving the Lord Mayor's Award, we got to see the book of condolences… It's beyond our wildest dream. We can't thank you enough."

Kelly concluded in a somber tone, "And the one thing that my father was most proud of is that he is a Brummie and Birmingham has done him proud."

For those unfamiliar, 'Brummie' is a term used to refer to people or things from the city of Birmingham.

"What Happened To Her???? Is this really the same person, I keep looking at but can't accept that it is……" wrote one user on X

However, Kelly'semotional wordsfailed to resonate with many online. An X user with the handle @theashrb reposted the 48-second clip with the blunt caption, "Excuse me?? Who is this?????"

That remark opened the floodgates for a wave of similar conversations surrounding Kelly's dramatically slimmer frame, with many accusing her of relying on weight-loss medications.

One user claimed, "Oz**pic should pay her not to appear publicly… now it's almost a new illness."

Another commented, "Yikes. Something went haywire or they were all replaced with clones."

A third quipped, "That's not Kelly Osbourne… It's Kelly Oz**pic."

Meanwhile, one sympathetic netizen reflected on thepressure women facein the spotlight, writing, "I could never be a woman in the spotlight, the amount of body shaming she's received over the past decades… she doesn't even look like herself."

The 41-year-old reality TV star has faced criticism about her physical appearance countless times in the past

"She had a gastric sleeve and went on oz**pic after people used to call her fat and now they're calling her the opposite."

Kelly has dealt with intense scrutiny over her looks since she was a teenager.

Thrust into the public eye at just 17 whenThe Osbournespremiered in 2002, she became a frequent target of harsh commentary.

Despite not being clinically obese, she once recalled being told by a talent agency executive that she was "too fat for TV" andneeded to lose weightto succeed.

In 2018, Kelly underwent gastric sleeve surgery, which removed a portion of her stomach and helped her lose a total of 85 pounds (nearly 38 kg).

Then, during a February 2024 interview withE! News, she openly admitted for the first time that she had also used Oz**mpic for weight loss, even describing the medication as "amazing."

Kelly has openly admitted to using weight-loss medication to help reduce her waist and has even called it "amazing"

"There are a million ways to lose weight, why not do it through something that's isn't as boring as working out? People hate on it because they want to do it."

Sheadded, "The people who hate on it the most are the people who are secretly doing it or are pi**ed off that they can't afford it. Unfortunately, right now it's something that is very expensive but it eventually won't be because it actually works."

Beyond her weight, online users have also speculated about cosmetic procedures Kelly may have undergone.

One person speculated, "I've always liked Kelly, but d**n, she must be getting the clone edition from Sharon's surgeon because she's looking exactly like her mom."

While Kelly has admitted to having a corrective procedure to reduce overdeveloped jaw muscles caused by TMJ disorders, she has denied getting any other cosmetic work done.

TMJ, the temporomandibular joint, can cause severe discomfort, and manypatients undergo treatmentto relieve chronic pain and muscle tension.

"Genuinely had the post not mentioned her name, I would not have known or recognized who this was. That's frightening," a concerned user reacted

"Michael was the quarterback, right? So he set the tone of what we were doing," Gilbert. "Mine was unique in that I was the only cast member who regularly socialized with him and his family."

Gilbert added that she often vacationed with Michael and his family, and that he was known to gift the cast members incredible presents.

"Every year for NBC, he would announce the Rose Parade and instead of taking a payment for that, he would use that money to buy the cast and crew Christmas presents every year," said Gilbert, adding, "So he sacrificed his New Year's Eves, basically, to be at the Rose Parade at 3 a.m. so that he could give us all really amazing Christmas presents."

Death of Texas college student following football tailgate ruled suicide: Police

Themysterious death of Texas A&M student Brianna Aguilerahas been ruled a suicide, police said, noting a suicide note found on her phone and reported previous comments about self-harm.

The investigation began at 12:46 a.m. Saturday when officers responded to an Austin apartment complex and found Aguilera on the ground with trauma from an apparent fall from a high floor, Austin Police Detective Robert Marshall said.

Cameras showed Aguilera arriving at the apartment complex just after 11 p.m. Friday and going to an apartment on the 17thfloor, Marshall said at a news conference on Thursday. The video showed "a large group of friends left that same apartment at 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 29, leaving just Brianna and three other girls in the apartment," he said.

- PHOTO: Brianna Aguilera is shown in this undated file photo.

Earlier on Friday, Aguilera was at a tailgate for the Texas A&M vs. University of Texas football game, and she "became intoxicated to a point where she was asked to leave," Marshall said.

Aguilera told her friends that she lost her phone, and when they arrived at the apartment Friday night, she borrowed a phone to call her boyfriend, he said.

Witnesses heard her argue on the phone with her boyfriend, Marshall said. That phone call took place from 12:43 a.m. to 12:44 am -- two minutes before a 911 call, he said.

College student Brianna Aguilera mysteriously dies after football tailgate in Texas, family says

When police later found Aguilera's lost phone, they recovered a "deleted digital suicide note dated Tuesday, Nov. 25 of this year, which was written to specific people in her life," Marshall said.

"Brianna had made suicidal comments previously to friends, back in October of this year," he said. "This continued through the evening of her death, with some self-harming actions early in the evening and a text message to another friend indicating the thought of suicide."

No evidence in the investigation ever pointed to a crime, Marshall stressed, adding, "Every friend and witness during this investigation has been nothing but forthcoming and open."

Exclusive: Student says she was living 'American Dream' before she was deported despite judge's order

Aguilera's familytold local media earlier this weekthe beloved college student was not suicidal and was planning to pursue a career in law.

After Thursday's police news conference, family attorney Tony Buzbee maintained that the "circumstances surrounding her death are very suspicious."

"The Austin Police Department's handling of this matter creates more questions than it provides answers," Buzbee said in a statement. "As far as we are concerned, this is an open investigation and will continue to be open until these parents are satisfied they know what happened to their daughter."

Austin Police Chief Lisa Davis said at the news conference, "I understand how grief and the need for answers can raise intense emotions and many questions. But sometimes the truth doesn't provide the answers we are hoping for, and that is this case."

Davis said her "heart aches" for Aguilera's parents.

"I have three daughters and a son, and I cannot begin to imagine the pain," Davis said.

Czech populist billionaire Andrej Babiš to move business to a trust to become prime minister

PRAGUE (AP) — Populist billionaireAndrej Babišsaid on Thursday he would get rid of his major businesses by moving them to an independent trust in order to be able to become the prime minister again.

Babiš said he believed the move would help him avoid a conflict of interest that could arise from his private dealings and his political status.

"I've decided to take a step that I never thought I would take," Babiš said in a video message on Facebook.

"I've decided to irrevocably give up the Agrofert company, with which I will never have anything to do again, I will never own it, I will have no economic relations with it, and I will not be in any contact with it," he said.

President Petr Pavel said after the announcement late Thursday he would appoint Babiš as prime minister on Tuesday.

Babiš, a former prime minister, owns some 200 companies under the Agrofert conglomerate.

He said an independent trustee will be in charge of Agrofert in a trust fund while it will be under control of an independent protector until he dies and then his descendants will inherit it.

Pavel asked Babišlast month to form a new government after his ANO (YES) movementwon parliamentary electionand saidlast weekhe was ready to swear him in as prime minister within a week if the businessman clarifies how he plans to avoid a conflict of interest.

ANO and two other small political groups, the Freedom and Direct Democracy anti-migrant party and the right-wing Motorists for Themselves, agreed to form a majority coalition government.

The parties have agreed to create a 16-member Cabinet with ANO holding eight posts and the prime minister. The Motorists would have four and the Freedom party three.

The three parties forming the coalition are critical of the EU and reject several of its policies, particularly on environment and migration. They are also expected to steer the country away fromsupporting Ukrainein its war against Russia's invasion.

While speaking on the Monday, Dec. 1 episode of herStay True Podcast, Prewett, 29 — who was runner-up on season 24 ofThe Bachelorin 2020 — spoke to her husband Grant Troutt and guest Bryce Crawford about marriage and the latter's engagement to Maddy Dodd.

Prewett said on the podcast that she'd "learned a lot" about being "a submissive wife," admitting, "It was a challenge for me at first."

"Now, it's, like, my favorite thing. I love talking about submission," the reality TV star went on.

This isn't the first time Prewett has mentioned submission. Duringa June 2024 episodeof her podcast, she told her listeners, "As a wife, I'm called to submit, I'm called to respect, I'm called to honor."

"I'm called to love, I'm called to be committed and to keep our marriage bed pure, and to make him, other than God, my greatest priority," she added at the time.

Elsewhere in the latest podcast episode, Prewett, who sharesdaughter Hosanna, 10 months, with Troutt, admitted engagement was "hard" for the couple.

The pair said their "I dos" on Oct. 29, 2022, exchanging vows in front of 400 loved ones at Troutt's parents' home in Dallas, Texas, aspreviously reported by PEOPLE. The ceremony came three months after their whirlwind engagement, which occurred just eight months into their relationship.

"Marriage, it's the most beautiful, humble, refining, wild adventure [and] best friendship. It's just, like, the best," the podcast host continued.

However, she admitted, "Engagement was hard for us in a lot of different ways. There was just a lot going on, even in our personal lives outside of engagement season," adding, "[Grant's] grandmother passed away [and] there was just a lot going on in a short time."

"We had a three-month engagement. The world thought we were crazy. Maybe we were a little bit, but also we were just so excited to get married," she went on, stating that they'd "learned a lot in those three years" since tying the knot.

When it comes to advice Prewett has for engaged couples or those thinking about marriage, she told the podcast, "Fight to unite and not to be right. That was one of the hardest things for me when we first got married."

"I just wanted to be right all the time, and it was my way or the highway. I learned a lot through prayer and humbling myself before God. He was, like, 'Actually, you got a lot of junk [that you need] to sort through.' It was very sanctifying," she continued.

Prewett and Troutt regularly open up about family life on the podcast.

In July, the couple sparked backlashafter saying they'd both be open to using spanking as a form of discipline, claiming that their beliefs were supported by the Bible.

Troutt went on to say that it would be "hilarious" when they started using spanking as a way of punishing their daughter, Hosanna.

"The Lord's discipline is always on the heels of disobedience or sin," he said during thepodcast episodein question. "So think about it, when you have a child, you don't just discipline them for being good and obeying you, right?"

"Like, if Hosanna obeys us, we're not like, 'Come here, girl, come here. Alright, pull 'em down, get that, you know, Mama, get here,' " Troutt continued. "Which will be hilarious, by the way, when we start spanking Hosanna. Which we will, on the record, because the Bible clearly says, 'Folly is bound up in a child, but discipline drives it far away.'"

Prewett agreed with her husband and also cited the Bible.

"It also specifically says discipline with a rod... Well, some people could say, 'You discipline them with time-outs.' Hold on, it says with a rod," she insisted.

Reps for Troutt and Prewett didn't immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment at the time.
